Wood Request Form

The Warren County Public Works Department may remove trees, wood, and brush from rights-of-way within Sanitary Districts for the purposes of safety, slope reclamation, or maintenance. The Department will cut the wood into manageable logs and will place the logs in a designated community area, if requested, or within the right-of-way.

This form is for property owners who wish to be placed on a list to obtain the cut wood from the Sanitary District in which they reside. The property owner will be notified in the order the names are placed on the list when the logs are ready for pickup, and the property owner has one week to pick up the wood. If the wood is not picked up within that amount of time, the next property owner on the list will be notified.
