The Shannon Woods Sanitary District was established by Ordinance, following an advertised public hearing, adopted by the Warren County Board of Supervisors on November 4, 2020. Through mutual agreement between the Shannon Woods Property Owners Association and the Warren County Board of Supervisors, the Warren County Public Works Department assumed maintenance, preservation, and operation responsibility for the roads, streets, and right-of-ways in the District, street name signs, and drainage facilities related to the operation of the road system in the District. 

The current members of the Shannon Woods Sanitary District Advisory Committee include:
