The Osprey Lane Sanitary District was established by Ordinance, following an advertised public hearing, adopted by the Warren County Board of Supervisors on January 22, 2019. Through mutual agreement between the Osprey Lane Property Owners Association and the Warren County Board of Supervisors, the Warren County Public Works Department assumed maintenance, preservation, and operation responsibility for the roads, streets, and right-of-ways in the District, street name signs, and drainage facilities related to the operation of the road system in the District. 

The current members of the Osprey Lane Sanitary District Advisory Committee include:
