Finance & Purchasing
The Finance Department is responsible for the County financial management and planning. This includes establishing and maintaining effective controls over the County's financial activities, providing accurate information to all County departments in a timely manner, coordinating the annual budget, and monitoring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting principles. The Department's responsibilities include: audit, budget, risk management, payroll for County employees, accounts payable for County departments, general billing, and procurement.
