  • Erosion and Sediment Control:
    • Any land disturbance over 10,000 square feet mandates an approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, along with a Land Disturbing Permit.
    • For single site developments of new single-family dwellings, an Agreement in Lieu of a Land Disturbing Permit can be provided.
  • No Permit Needed For:
    • Routine repairs and maintenance, including:
      • Painting
      • Drywall repair
      • Minor roof fixes
      • Replacement of cabinets or fixtures.

  • Electrical Inspections:
    • Conducted through the Middle Department Inspection Agency (MDIA).
    • Both a county electrical permit application and a MDIA inspection application are necessary.
